Valuable Assets

UrAmerica's Cerro Solo Project - Chubut Province - Argentina

  • Control 302,000ha on extensive plateau within the San Jorge Basin, of which over 150,000ha directly surround CNEA's Cerro Solo Deposit (estimated at 15.4M lbs U3O8 at an avg grade of 0.47% eU308) & Los Adobes Open Pit.  The basin has the potential to become a major uranium district
  • Focus exploration and drilling efforts on licensed areas adjacent to CNEA's Cerro Solo Deposit & Los Adobes Open Pit
  • First phase of 40,000 meter drilling plan has commenced (April 2010) in order to verify the extensions of CNEA's Cerro Solo Deposit in UrAmerica's licensed areas, evaluate the roll front concept and define the target resource of 15 million lbs U3O8 at an average grade of 0.47% U3O8
  • An independent geologist and qualified person defined, for UrAmerica's predecessor (UEM), an inferred resource close to 1 million lbs U3O8, at an average grade of 0.08% eU3O8, just south of CNEA's Cerro Solo Deposit and within UrAmerica's licensed area. This was determined by UEM's very limited first pass drilling program

Salta Basin - Salta Province - Argentina

  • Control 150,000 ha near CNEA's Don Otto Mine (over 550,000 lbs production, 1963 - 1980)
  • Acquired 85% of the mining rights of Globe Uranium Argentina, covering 90,000 ha
  • Confirmation of Uranium anomalies, from trenching, radiometric surveying and geochemical sampling, with promising results

Parana Basin - Paraguay

  • Control 100,000 ha and have filed for an additional 200,000 ha
  • Contains one of the largest detected anomalies in the region (proven by Anschutz & Wildhorse Energy drilling programs)
  • Situated adjacent to 231,000 ha, controlled by Cue Resources, with an indicated resource of 8.3M lbs (at 0.042%) eU3O8 and an inferred resource of 1.2M lbs (at 0.050%) eU3O8
  • The deposit is hosted in the same Formation as the Figueira Deposit in Brazil, which is reportedly produced 15-20M lbs U3O8

Santander Department - Colombia

  • Have filed for 45,000 ha with potential for hosting Uranium mineralization
