UrAmerica Ltd is a private, UK-based exploration company incorporated in London on June 1st, 2007. To date we are operating in highly prospective regions of Latin America, such as Argentina, Paraguay and Colombia, all countries with a track record of successful investments in uranium.

UrAmerica has great potential in the uranium mining business, based on its three strategic pillars:

Team

Proven Latin American management team with significant experience in the mining sector, as well as solid political relationships on a national and regional level. We have strategic partnerships with: Niger Uranium Ltd., Longview Capital Partners, Globe Uranium and SOJITZ.

Through our partners we also have access to "state of the art" mining technology and technical expertise.

Assets

Focusing on portfolio of sandstone hosted (Wyoming-style) deposits in unexplored areas of Latin America:

Argentina: Own exploration permits ("cateos") in Chubut and Salta provinces covering a surface of aprox. 270.000ha in areas with proven uranium anomalies and existing uranium mines (Cerro Solo in Chubut and Don Otto in Salta). Uranium Exploration Phase II.a & II.b finalized, obtaining confirmation of uranium anomalies with outstanding values. Drilling targets are currently being defined.

Paraguay: UrAmerica has been granted 100.000Ha in the Parana Basin, East Paraguay. The area contains known uranium mineralizations, detected by Wildhorse and CUE Resources through their drilling programs.

Colombia: Filed for 60.000ha with uranium potential in Santander province.

UrAmerica is looking for additional properties with high potential, both in Argentina, Colombia and Paraguay, as well as in other Latin American countries.

Technology

We use the most advanced satellite (remote sensing) and field technologies to detect mining targets, reduce costs and timings, increasing the efficiency of the fieldwork.
