Letter from the CEO

Dear Visitor,

UrAmerica is the first junior mining company created from Argentina. With our local team and our experiences around the globe, UrAmerica has been able to develop a strategy that balances knowledge and experience in the Argentine framework, agenda and risks with an international perspective and approach. This equilibrium, along with our focus on ethics and transparency, allows us to conduct business differently and effectively.

To all this, I am happy to add and announce that UrAmerica has signed a Strategic Alliance with Cameco Global South America Inc. (“Cameco”). Through this Strategic Alliance, UrAmerica will be able to develop its areas in the Province of Chubut, Argentina, with the technical, environmental and social standards demanded and expected from such an esteemed uranium producer.

We will promptly commence a 30,000 meter drilling program to cover 7 of our defined targets. The goal is to determine the extension of the neighboring Cerro Solo Deposit, while defining other areas of mineralization and building up our initial resource.

As an entrepreneur, I have brought together persons with the expertise, vision and passion, including the recent Strategic Alliance with Cameco, to secure the growth and success of UrAmerica´s projects and reward the investment of our shareholders. At the same time, we are dedicated to protect the environment and create opportunities for the socioeconomic development of the communities in which we operate, especially the town of Paso de Indios, where we will have our base of operations.

In that respect and on account of the hard work of our team, UrAmerica has created a potential for growth that could prove to be exponential and limitless. This will undoubtedly require full dedication and continued rigorous work by UrAmerica and its people.
