Letter from the CEO

UrAmerica was born out of the desire to take advantage of the positive momentum in South America and the recognition of the potential in the vast under-explored natural resources of Argentina. We are highly motivated by the opportunity to make Argentina a significant player in uranium production.

UrAmerica is the first uranium mining company created in Argentina. With our local team and our experiences on a global level, UrAmerica has been able to develop a strategy that balances knowledge and familiarity of the Argentine framework, agenda and risks with an international perspective and approach. This equilibrium, along with our focus on ethics and transparency, allows us to conduct business differently and effectively.

Our comprehension of the local and regional markets, along with our ambition, has allowed us to secure the most promising assets in Argentina. We have commenced a 40,000 meter drilling program and are certain to achieve our goal of defining an immediate (12 to 18 months) resource of 20 million lbs U3O8 and converting the San Jorge Basin into a major uranium district with at least 100 million lbs U3O8.

As an entrepreneur, I have brought together persons with the expertise, vision and passion to secure the growth and success of UrAmerica´s projects. At the same time, we are dedicated to protect the environment and create opportunities for the socioeconomic development of the communities in which we operate.

UrAmerica is the largest and most advanced private uranium mining company in Latin America and will continue to work vigorously in order to keep adding value to the company and make UrAmerica a rewarding investment for all our shareholders.
