UrAmerica Properties in Colombia
UrAmerica claimed exploration permits covering 60.000 Ha (waiting for Government approval) of uranium properties in the province of Santander, Colombia. This area is known for its uranium deposits, identified by past Colombian government studies.
The Santander province property is underlain by the Jurassic Giron Formation and has potential for hosting sandstone-type uranium mineralization. The uranium prospected areas are included in the Jurassic-Cretaceous sequence.
UrAmerica aims to be the Uranium exploration leader in Latin America.
