Attorney at Law. Former Undersecretary of National Mining and Energy (De La Rua government, Ranking as Minister), representative of Argentina and the Committee of America Mining Ministries. Carlos is currently the Vice-President of CADEU, Cámara Argentina de Empresas de Uranio (Argentine Chamber of Uranium Companies).

 

 

Eduardo Perlicz

 

30 years experience in the mining business, a trader specialized in mining and refining for Latin America at Goldman Sachs and America's regional manager in precious metals, copper and central banks for Barclays Bank.
