Omar Adra

Omar is the founder and CEO of UrAmerica. An Argentine lobbyist who has been working for over 15 years at a senior levels in business, government and international organizations in Argentina, Canada, USA and Spain. Omar lives in Argentina where he has a very strong and high level private and public network.

Neil Herbert

Neil, Uramerica’s Chairman, lives in London and has extensive and successful experience with mining companies. He was former CFO of UraMin (Uramin was bought by AREVA in 2007 for 2.5 billion U$S) and he is currently Chairman & Managing Director of Polo Resources. Neil was previously Finance Director of Galahad Gold Plc, International Molybdenum Plc, Kalahari Diamond Resources Plc and HPD Exploration Plc, managing a number of project acquisitions and disposals together with stock market listings and fund raising. Neil was also Chief Financial Officer of gold explorer Brancote Holdings Plc until its acquisition by Meridian Gold Inc in 2002 for US$368 million. Neil is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and prior to joining the mining industry worked for Price Waterhouse.

Ian Stalker

Ian is a chemical engineer, and has extensive and successful experience in uranium mining. Ian was the former CEO of Uramin, former CEO of Niger Uranium Ltd. and he is currently CEO and Managing Director of Berkeley Resources Ltd. He has successfully managed eight mining projects throughout the world through feasibility studies, development and construction phases. Ian also worked for Gold Fields Ltd, the world's fourth largest gold producer, where he managed the company's PGE project in Finald starting in 2001 and eventually became a VP and responsible of the company's projects in Australia and Europe in 2004. Ian worked as a consultant on various projects located in Africa, including the Langer Heinrich uranium project in Namibia. He also worked as a managing director at Ashanti Goldfields Company Ltd and has previously been employed by Caledonia Mining Corporation, AGC Ltd and Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Ltd.

Hernan Celorrio

Hernan is the former President of Barrick Exploraciones Argentina S.A. for almost 10 years. As Barrick`s President, he opened the Veladero Mine, the biggest gold producer in Argentina. As attorney at law, he specializes in mining, natural resources & foreign investment. Former Senior Partner at the prestigious Argentine Brons & Salas Law firm (specialized in mining) and current Partner of Quevedo Abogados Law firm. Former Board Member of Yamana Resources in Argentina, VP of Minera Peñoles and Director of Northern Orion. Former VP of the Argentine-Chilean Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Argentine – Canadian Chamber of Commerce, President of the Argentine Mining Foundation (FUNDAMIN), VP of the Argentine Chamber of Mining Businessmen (CAEM), President of the Argentine Association of Administrative Law. Appointed Mining Businessman of the year in Argentina (years 2000 and 2002).

Dieter Krewedl Ph.D

With a doctorate in Geology, Dieter is the current Chairman and former 2 time President of the Geologic Society of Nevada (GSN), current Board Member of Strathmore Minerals (Uranium) and AUEX Ventures (Gold). Former Board Member of Kilgore Minerals Ltd. and Yamana Resources Inc. Dieter worked 23 years for AREVA's subsidiary in the US (Pathfinder Mines), eventually becoming VP of Exploration during almost 6 years. Dieter has a total of 40 years experience as a geologist, 30 years of which are in successful Uranium exploration. Dieter was also Senior VP of Exploration for Coeur d´Alene Corp, as well as for Echo Bay Mines.

Richard Grabowski

Richard has 40 years mineral experience as a geologist and senior manager for both private industry and the US federal government. Mineral exploration and development experience in N & S America, Africa, Australia, and Europe. 11 years as a Uranium geologist and District Manager for Areva's subsidary in the US (Pathfinder Mines). This work involved both exploration and development of sedimentary Uranium hosted deposits in the Western US and Alaska. Supervised/logged over 150,000m of drilling in sedimentary Uranium environments.

Degrees in Public Accounting and Economy from Buenos Aires University. Edgardo has over 10 years experience as a Senior Executive of global trading companies. He also acted as a consultant and investor of wealth management for private individuals. The last 15 years he has dedicated to develop infrastructure businesses in Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Ecuador. He is founder and sole owner of Brown Americas group of companies.
