Overview

UrAmerica Ltd. was incorporated in the UK on June 1, 2007. As an uranium exploration company we are firmly committed to increase the value of the company through systematic exploration programs in highly prospective regions of Latin America. UrAmerica currently operates in Argentina, Colombia and Paraguay, all countries with highly prospective geology for the exploration and development of Uranium resources.

UrAmerica’s team is highly skilled and motivated. We are a unique blend of people with an array of expertise, international accomplishments and many years experience in the mining sector. We combine a global perspective with an understanding of the local communities, environment and market dynamics.

UrAmerica’s geological team, lead by our chief geologist (PhD) with 35 years of successful experience in Uranium exploration, is comprised of professionals with a profound understanding of the local geology where we operate and have been exploring these areas for years, either with UrAmerica or their former employers. We always have our experts present, both in our main offices in Buenos Aires and our base of operations in Paso de Indios, Chubut.

With principal assets located in well-known Uranium producing provinces, including Chubut (CNEA's Cerro Solo Deposit, estimated at 15.4M lbs at 0.47% U3O8, & Los Adobes Open Pit) and Salta (close to 600,000 lbs U3O8 were mine at Don Otto), UrAmerica has become the largest & most advanced private uranium mining company in Argentina and Latin America.

In the Chubut Province, UrAmerica controls 302,000 ha surrounding and directly adjacent to resources confirmed by the National Commission of Atomic Energy (CNEA). In this area, our immediate target is a resource of 20 million lbs U3O8 (12 to 18 months), and our long term target is a resource of, at the very least, 100 million lbs U3O8 (7 years). UrAmerica also controls 150,000 ha in the Salta Province with high-grade Uranium anomalies detected.

UrAmerica also holds a large well-balanced portfolio of promising early-stage projects, in Paraguay and Colombia. We continue to evaluate other highly prospective anomalies in Latin America.
