Valuable Assets
UrAmerica's Cerro Solo Project - Chubut Province - Argentina
- Control over 255,000ha on extensive plateau within the San Jorge Basin, of which over 145,000ha directly surround CNEA's Cerro Solo Deposit (estimated at 15.4M lbs U3O8 at an avg grade of 0.47% eU308) & Los Adobes Open Pit. The basin has the potential to become a world class uranium district
- Focus exploration and drilling efforts on licensed areas adjacent to CNEA's Cerro Solo Deposit & Los Adobes Open Pit
- 30,000 meter drilling campaign planned, to begin in November 2011, in order to verify the extensions of CNEA's Cerro Solo Deposit in UrAmerica's licensed areas, evaluate the roll front concept and build up initial resource
- An independent qualified person has defined an NI 43-101 compliant inferred resource of 1.6 million lbs U3O8, at an average grade of 0.08% eU3O8. This was determined a very limited first pass drilling program.
Parana Basin - Paraguay
- Control 100,000 ha and have filed for an additional 200,000 ha
- Contains one of the largest detected anomalies in the region (proven by Anschutz & Wildhorse Energy drilling programs)
- Situated adjacent to 231,000 ha, controlled by Cue Resources, with an indicated resource of 8.9M lbs (at 0.052%) eU3O8 and an inferred resource of 2.2M lbs (at 0.047%) eU3O8
- The deposit is hosted in the same Formation as the Figueira Deposit in Brazil, which is reportedly produced 15-20M lbs U3O8
