Dear visitor,

Let me introduce you to UrAmerica PLC ('UrAmerica' or the 'Company'). UrAmerica was born out of the desire to take advantage of the positive momentum in mining in Latin America.

We are a group of highly successful people from Latin America, a unique pool of talent, that got together to build and develop a leading exploration and mining company.

To achieve our goal, we worked hard to identify and acquire strategic and promising permits in several South America countries where our knowledge of the area and our network of local contacts can make a difference. We decided to incorporate the Company in the UK to provide all local and foreign investors with a clear set of investment rules and regulations.

Our strategy is to explore a high-quality portfolio of areas that have known uranium deposits and then advance those assets through the use of advanced technology to a 'develop or vend' decision.

UrAmerica aims to become the leading Uranium Junior Mining Company in Latin America by respecting the environment and the local communities.

Our goals and vision are shared by our strategic partners: Longview Capital Partners and Niger Uranium.
