London , Buenos Aires Jan 14, 2008 – UrAmerica Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan Hendrickx , as non executive Director , effective immediately. Mr. Hendickx brings with him a vast experience in the oil & mining businesses.

Prior to joining UrAmerica, Mr. Hendrickx has over 35 years of experience in oil, construction and service companies with activities in South and North America and Belgium (Occidental Petroleum, Eiffage). He has been an active investor in junior mining companies for over 15 years.
